Big scenic pool, with charming view over Hyblaean shore. A wide garden, rich in plants and flowers, surrounds the whole villa. Spacious solarium around the pool and a changing room with bathroom and two showers. The terrace, facing the villa, is sheltered by some threes and provided with a wood oven and a barbecue. Five-a-side football and tennis court shared with the next villa. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
