Big scenic pool, with charming view over Hyblaean shore. A wide garden, rich in plants and flowers, surrounds the whole villa. Spacious solarium around the pool and a changing room with bathroom and two showers. The terrace, facing the villa, is sheltered by some threes and provided with a wood oven and a barbecue. Five-a-side football and tennis court shared with the next villa. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.

On the ground floor, this villa is made up of a living area, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a wellness bathroom.
The living room, a well-lit open space furnished in country Provence style, has large scenic glass walls. It is provided with fireplace, sitting room suite and TV with satellite decoder. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, electrical oven, fridge, freezer and microwaves. Two bedrooms: one double bedroom with TV and one twin bedroom, with possibility to add a third extra bed. A spacious wellness bathroom with hydromassage bath and shower. Internet Wi-Fi and safe. Air conditioning in every room.
